The Role

As the successful applicant, you will fully immerse yourself in the business of our existing client base to establish and maintain mutually beneficial and productive working relationships; acting as the liaison between colleagues and external partners to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.

You will also be responsible for keeping your allocated portfolio of clients up to date with the latest industry changes while demonstrating and upselling our ever-growing list of services to help achieve the targeted revenue for the business.

Alongside your key responsibilities, you will be also be preparing proposals, finding references for new business leads, presenting pitches and conducting regular client review meetings.

Your goal will be to lead and inspire customer success through commercial and creative thinking.

Person Specification (Essential):

  • Previous experience of a customer facing or customer services role.
  • Motivated and prepared to work under pressure / meet tight deadlines.
  • Presentable, articulate and confident in speaking stakeholders at all levels.
  • Committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and client retention.
  • An effective and persuasive communicator with good interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality.
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise workloads and diary, managing their client database.
  • Willingness to take individual responsibility of client accounts with the ability to work well within a team.

Person Specification (Desirable):

  • Experience of a customer facing or customer services role, preferably within a Sales and/or Payroll environment
  • The ability to enter sales negotiations and cross/up-sell FMP Global's other solutions and services.
